Order processing & Fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third‑party partner.  
Average fulfillment time is usually 3–5 business days, but may be longer during holidays or high‑volume periods.  
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been sent out.

Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.  
Estimated delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time  
Typical shipping times (after fulfillment):  
  - USA: 3–5 business days  
  - Canada: 5–10 business days  
  - Europe: 3–10 business days  
  - Rest of world: 10–20 business days  
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, or incorrect addresses can affect delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (international orders)  
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are determined by your local customs office.  
These charges, if any, are paid by the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or damaged shipments 
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packing slip, and packaging.  
If your order seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges  
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color.  
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us with your order issues so we can assess and try to make it right.
