Refund policy
We are a made to order business, which means we produce your items when you purchase them.
We do this to keep our costs low, and our quality high by working with suppliers who can produce items quick for us when they’re ordered by you.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color.
If it arrives defective or with damage, we’ll offer you a replacement (less shipping) or full refund.
Because we are a made to order business, refund and replacements can only be processed for damaged or defective items.
